FFVI - Terra Esper

I have never really seriously played FFVI
The only time I held FFVI was when I was looking into the ancient FF CDs of my dad... the graphics made me dizzy when I tried it XDDD

Anyway, I was bored and I was itching to do something
But I was sooo tired of cellshading (because most of my recent deviations have been cell shaded =_= ) So I decided to try challenging myself... once again

The usual, I was so hyped up about drawing some realism, I suddenly became lazy midway and so I decided to make a few compromises because I was sooo impatient and wanted to finish it already.

Here's Terra, transforming into her Esper mode... thing
I don't know her as much as I know the characters from the famous FF7,8 and 9 though...

What inspired me to draw this? I was looking into Dissidia 012 vids on youtube until I saw a vid of the FFVI intro.. yeah, the old school graphics one (THOUGH IT WAS STILL PWNESOME!!!) and so I saw Terra XDD and I was amazed at her character design there!!! (For some reason, I like how she looks better in the old school FFVI CG than in Dissidia... they all look weird in Dissidia (especially Squall) LOLZ imo... except maybe Zidane and Cecil...

Hm, I just wanted to draw her face because her face is kinda different from other FF girls... who often have the same expression of this > ; ) XDDDD

her drawing here was kind of a compromise of her FFVI and Dissidia

I tried making her face/headshot look as if FFVI would get a remake... since Dissidia had more of a Super Deformed / Kingdom Hearts - ish built/frame of the characters
Sooo I tried to make her more proportioned here... kinda like the proportions of FF7 AC or FF10 XDDDD etc. you get the point
